What are your store hours?
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm EST
We maybe closed during certain holidays. All changed hours will be posted on our website.
What is the fastest way to get a quote?
Email, Email, Email.... As much as we love to build client customer relations over the phone, the fastest way to get the most accurate quote is through email. Please provide as many details as possible and a proof of your artwork to the following email address.
Also, Emailing offers you the convenience of an 18 hour day response as opposed to a 10 hour day. CustomerService@OhioBandGear.com
What information do you need for a quote?
Excellent question. For a detailed quote please include the following:
1) Quantity of each design desired,
2) Event Date or essential due date if applicable,
3) A jpeg photo proof of your artwork for review,
4) A description of size and placement on the shirt.

What if I don't have all of this information?
Send us whatever information you have. We can work with you on your artwork and other details.
What other information do you need to print?
We will need a PSD, AI, or other high quality, color separated file of your design. We can take images from jpeg and other file types, but graphic design fees may apply.
Do you reward customer loyalty?
Yes we do! We offer several discounts to our customers.
Available to everyone is our Screen Purchase Program providing free setup on future orders.
Also available to our clients under contract is access to our special offers as well as discounts up to 50% on print costs!
I have a short deadline and need my shirts fast!
How fast can you print my shirts?
Depending upon the quantity and type of print you need.OBG may be able to have your shirts out in 3 days or less. Same day or next day printing is usually only available with client provided apparel. Please call or email your details for a more precise estimate.
I already bought the tees can your print on them?
Absolutely! We prefer to print on 100% cotton or cotton polyester blend shirts although we can print on almost any type of garment. Nylon does require a special ink, so please let us know if you plan on providing any specialty type materials.
Can you order speciality or name brand tees?
Yes we can. OBG is in fact a wholesaler of many USA shirt suppliers. WE can find and print on any type of shirt or apparel that you desire.
What name brand companies have you printed for?
OBG loves our customers and their privacy. WE take every precaution necessary to protect our customers brand name/names and identity.
Can I receive a sample of my shirt printed before I make a large purchase?
We always offer a photo proof before production but if you require a sample of your own design, non-refundable charges will apply. Samples of similar work are available upon request though shipping and handling charges may apply.
What is the best way to take care of my new custom tee shirts?
We recommend that you turn your shirts inside out and wash in cold water.
High heat drying is not recommended.
What are your shipping policies?
We offer USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping for smaller quantity orders. The cost varies from $4.95, $10.35, and $13.95, depending on size.
Larger orders and Overnight or expedited orders are shipped via Fedex.
Shipping is non-refundable.
What's your return policy?
All returns require an approved Return request form to be filled out by the client before returning the merchandise. Returned merchandise qualifies for a refund as outlined in the client/printer contract.
